The Context

Luxury branding is the most imitated category in design. The challenge with Maison Kova was not creating something that looks luxurious — it was creating something that actually is.

Maison Kova is a premium lifestyle brand entering the market with no visual history and a demand to be taken seriously immediately. The identity needed to work across packaging, print collateral, and digital without losing its luxury register at any scale.

Project year — 2026

The Solution

The identity was built around typographic authority above everything else. The wordmark was developed through exhaustive letter spacing and weight refinement — the goal was a logotype that communicates permanence.

The color system was deliberately limited — three colors, each chosen for its relationship with the others. The packaging was designed with material and finish direction embedded from the start: soft-touch matte surface, embossed logotype, nothing applied that hadn't been earned by the brief.

“Luxury isn't decorated. It's resolved.”
